September has always been synonymous with new beginnings and for EduDemoS it was not going to be any less, the summer is over and our project is more than ready to welcome the next academic year! We also had homework to do before starting classes and mentoring with all partners was a priority task. A few days ago we held an online coordination meeting to prepare the new academic year with the main partners of this initiative: Gerda Stetter Foundation, Sergio Alonso Foundation, Finnovaregio Foundation, IES El Rincón and GBS St. Gallen.

The turnout was great, and so was the involvement! The back-to-school kit would not be complete without a ready-made agenda and we finally prepared ours at this meeting. During the meeting we were able to coordinate everything we are going to do with our sustainable models this school year and we couldn't be more excited. It is finally time to plant the real green and digital seed. It's time to bring our prototype demonstrators into the classroom, to teach teachers and students how to assemble and use them, to take action against climate change, and to spread the knowledge all over Europe!

We already have our sights set on our next goal, a goal called the Teacher Academy. Our Teacher Academy already has a date and will be held on October 24th and 25th at the NEXO Hall of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. There we will have the pleasure to count with the presence of all the partners involved and with the participation of the teachers of the two partner schools of the project: IES El Rincón and GBS St. Gallen. On their return, they will guide the students in the construction of the demonstrators with everything they have learned, so the change begins in 3, 2, 1... Time!
